Digital Downloads Returns
We apologize in advance, we have made it a policy not to accept returns on digital files. Because of the nature of how digital downloads work , we do not offer returns on files that have already been downloaded. In limited instances we do kindly offer refunds in certain circumstances if requested. We do not intend to mislead or confuse any of our customers with any of our digital downloads and in most cases offer them “as is”. We do not offer any technical support on how to use or design with the digital files offered on this website. We believe you will love our quality files and some graphic design or technical knowledge is needed in order to work with and use our digital downloads.

If you had purchased a product through whisperingcharms.co website, we will review your request and can offer a refund within a minimum time of 30 days or by specific request and time frame as determined by whisperingcharms.co and our valued, kind customer.

Occasionally we do offer freebies to our cherished customers and fully want your satisfaction, unfortunately we do not offer technical support or design services for our digitally downloaded freebies unless there is an error that is hindering you from using the file.
Licensing Questions
We offer limited licensing or specialty purchased licensing for certain files on our site and for custom designed work. Some custom designs can have different licensing. All design use and some assets are in the public domain, has POD licensing or is custom designed by our own artists and design studio and we maintain the intellectual rights to those designs. and Whispering Charms Co. can benefit from any monetary compensation as a result of those designs. Some reiterations of digital designs have limited licensing. Unless specified, most files are custom designed for whisperingcharms.co and can be used freely for crafts, personal projects, and can be sold as physical products in physical locations. Custom designed designs by our design studio can have limited licensing on certain patterns and designs. We have limited liability in any harm from the assets and cannot be held liable for any third party technical issues, or third party malice as a result of designs that are offered in good faith for the free use of any individual who interacts with our website. Our exclusive design studio offers creative design services for custom designs and product development, our designers work with our customers to provide beautiful products that cater to a specific segment in arts and crafts and luxury craft and paper designs. We also work with small businesses and crafters to assist them in their specific requests for custom designed products for a nominal fee. We design beautiful and new ideas for surface pattern designs for a select luxury segment and books for the retail industry in crafting and custom art design services for the luxury paper market who values individuality, and fresh, creative and artful, modern art designs.
